Outdoor lifestyle photography encapsulates your family’s personality in a beautiful location. In this style of photography, there is no standing around looking at the camera and smiling. I will ask you to dance, play, and tickle. We play with bubbles, skip, and tell corny jokes. None of the smiles below are fake and none of these images are posed, they are all genuine encounters of families simply loving each other.
Children are not meant to be little posing angels, and that is exactly why I love what I do. I ask my families to stop worrying about getting a perfect family photo during the session—that’s not your job, it’s mine. All you need to do is enjoy the moment, and I’ll capture it. Let the kids play, get dirty, and show me who they really are. Snuggle them, play with them, and show them how much you love them. If you want a standing image of all of all of you looking directly at the camera with fake smiles plastered over your faces, I’m not the photographer for you.
